We are happy to announce the reopening of our showroom to walk-in traffic. While Coronavirus (Covid-19) continues to be of concern, the health and well-being of our customers, employees, and suppliers remains our top priority. In order to ensure we do everything possible to minimize exposure risks, we are taking several proactive steps we wanted to make you aware of: We have asked all employees to avoid handshaking, fist bumps, etc., that would normally be a part of the greeting process as part of the CDC recommended social distancing protocols. All common areas of our showroom and other community gathering spaces are being cleaned multiple times each day, with a particular emphasis on doorknobs. We are allowing all employees with the ability to work remotely to do so. For your convenience and safety: Starting Monday, June 15th, our showroom and office hours will be M-F 10am-5pm and Sat-Sun 10am-4pm. We ask that anyone entering the store wear a facemask and keep 6′ of distance between themselves and other individuals. For Hot Tub, Swim Spa, and Sauna sales, we will continue to offer after-hours appointments, video conferencing, or 1 on 1 site visits to help keep everyone safe.

We continue to offer UPS shipping on all our chemicals, filters, and accessories. All you have to do is call or email in your order. We are continuing to offer curbside pickup. Call or email your order and let us know when you are here. We will meet you outside with your order.   Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, and Saunas:   We are currently seeing a huge demand for new Hot Tubs, Swim Spas, and Saunas, which is also being seen worldwide. Given the demand, we have been ordering new Hot Tubs, Swim Spas and Saunas on a regular basis for stock. We have large orders coming in over the next several months, but we are selling through them at a record pace. So, if you find something you like that we have on the way, we recommend putting your name on it as quickly as possible.    Parts, Chemicals, Filters, and Accessories:   We are seeing minor supply delays for parts, chemicals, and accessories. We are doing our best to stay ahead of any potential delays, but from time to time are running into back-orders of product. The biggest impact is that we are seeing shipping delays from our suppliers, so if we have to custom order something for you, lead times are taking longer than normal.   

Replacement Hot Tub and Swim Spa Covers:   We are seeing unusually long lead times on replacement covers for Hot Tubs or Swim Spas (10-14 weeks). So, if you are going to need a replacement cover before winter sets in, we highly recommend ordering a new cover asap. As an alternate to the standard cover, we do offer another aftermarket cover made by SMARTOP. SMARTOP Cover systems are designed to last much longer, have an incorporated cover lifter, and are serviceable. Lead times on SMARTOP’s are currently only 4-6 weeks.  

Can the COVID-19 virus spread through pools and hot tubs?
From the CDC website: There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.
