1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Great Bay Spa and Sauna (“Sponsor”), with showroom locations at:

• 1850 Woodbury Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801
• 357 Maine Mall Rd., South Portland, ME 04106

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on September 3, 2026 at 10:00 AM and ends on September 14, 2026 at 5:00 PM (“Entry Period”), reflecting standard opening and closing hours at both Great Bay Spa and Sauna showroom locations (Portsmouth, NH and South Portland, ME) on those dates. All purchases must be completed within the Entry Period to qualify for entry tickets.

3. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of New England (Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Great Bay Spa and Sauna, their immediate family members, and members of the same household are not eligible to participate. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

Entries are earned based on the pre-tax total of a customer's qualifying purchase(s) made during the Entry Period at Great Bay Spa and Sauna. Entry tickets are awarded according to the following schedule:

Purchases totaling less than $10,000 (pre-tax) do not qualify for entry. Tickets accumulate across multiple qualifying purchases made during the Entry Period. Each qualifying purchase earns tickets according to its own purchase total on the schedule above, and a customer's tickets from separate purchases are simply added together for a running total. For example, a customer who makes a $12,000 purchase (4 tickets) and a separate $22,000 purchase (8 tickets) during the Entry Period would have 12 tickets total.

Alternate Free Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. Customers may also earn one (1) entry ticket, at no cost, by filling out the contact form on the Giveaway landing page at https://www.greatbayspas.com/sales/50th-anniversary-sale/ during the Entry Period and providing their name, email address, and phone number. Each person is limited to one (1) free entry submission for the duration of the Entry Period; additional submissions from the same person will not earn additional tickets. Free entries are combined with any purchase-based tickets the same customer has earned, using the name and contact information provided, toward that customer's total ticket count.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will be selected to receive their choice of:

• One (1) ZA171 Massage Chair (approximate retail value: $6,458), or
• One (1) Kodiak Cold Plunge (approximate retail value: $8,913)

Only one prize will be awarded per Giveaway. The winner will be asked to select their preferred prize upon notification. No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

At the end of the Entry Period, all tickets earned during the Entry Period will be tallied. The customer with the highest number of accumulated tickets will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be selected through a random drawing from among the tied eligible entrants. Sponsor will conduct the drawing, and its decision will be final.

The winner will be notified by email at info@greatbayspas.com within 5 business days of the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond and confirm within 10 days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor's discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of tickets earned by the winning customer relative to all other participants during the Entry Period.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway, or these rules, at any time and for any reason, including if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway.

9. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Sponsor may require the winner to complete a Form 1099 or W-9 prior to prize delivery if the prize value meets IRS reporting thresholds.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Giveaway, without additional compensation.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize.

12. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these rules are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
