Brought back a lot of old memories, even for this memory challenged old guy. I was really impressed with your facility, a real class act. I wondered if Jack had ever seen it. It would have made him proud, as this was the message he always tried to get across to the spa dealers. Nice to see you’ve done so well. If you’d bring up the valve problem to your Sundance tech, I’m sure he’s seen it before (o-ring guides broken and squirting water from around threads) and hopefully has found an easy solution, other than changing out the valve body! If so, please let me know. I’ve run across this problem many times in Sundance and Catralina spas. You can email me, leave a message on my business line or call me on my cell phone. It looks like I will be your first Geodeck customer. I’m a little excited about this product as it’s T&G for outdoor use. This is going to be a second floor installation and I’m interested in seeing how much it helps to keep rain water from the area under the deck. If you’d like, I can take digital pics of the after install, and you can use them any way you like. I appreciate your offer to give me a discounted price, especially since this is for my own home, and I’ll remind Rob when I submit my final materials list. Dear Tony: Just wanted to let you know just how pleased we are with our spa. It certainly was a pleasure to deal with you. As you already know Kathy and I spent a lot of time doing research and visiting many of your competitors. What we learned from all of this research is that Great Bay is the place to buy a spa. As most of your competitors operations are somewhat lacking whether it be their product, showroom or delivery policies that can in some instances stretch the imagination. We could not have asked for a better delivery, than the one we had received from Mike and Russ. Both Mike and Russ went above and beyond with their helpfulness. Russ for offering his help with getting the doors removed and replaced. Mike went the extra mile with determining of the placement of the cover caddy. We are also very pleased with the cover lifter that Mike made an extra trip back to install for us the following Monday. The end result is that we will certainly be recommending Great Bay Spa and Sauna as a great place to do business. Should you ever need a reference please feel free to contact me. In a complete panic I phoned this place and spoke with Tony, the Manager, and although he was completely booked up, and quite frankly had no incentive to help me out as clearly he had not been the first choice location, this man went beyond my expectations and assisted me with my problem. He did not make any guarantees but he gave me the assurance that he was working on my problem and that he would see what he could do! That is more than any consumer could ask for! Within about 4 hours, I received a call from Don from Great Bay advising me that he would help me out and would be at my client’s home at approximately 5:15 tomorrow to assist in moving the hot tub! I cannot tell you how relieved I was to hear this move would take place on schedule in front of my client! It is franchises such as Great Bay that will help to restore the public’s confidence in your product, and I hope that you will not let their professionalism and customer satisfaction skills go unnoticed! For ten years I have suffered from chronic back problems. I have seen chiropractors on and off during this time and have received only temporary relief. At the recommendation of my chiropractor, I decided to buy a spa to help relieve the constant back aches. I shopped around for the best spa from a therapeutic standpoint and found that the Sundance spas offered the best jet action available. I purchased an Allegro 800 on March 11, 1992. Immediately I was able to stop my weekly chiropractor appointments. Now I only need to see my chiropractor once every few months. The spa has taken the place of the weekly massage and adjustments. Because of the warm water and the superb jet action of the therapy seat, I am able to get complete muscle relaxation. This then allows me to stretch and exercise my back so that I can keep my spine straight. Prior to my using the Spa, my back muscles were only relaxed for a day after my chiropractor appointment. Now I can use the Spa every day and stay relaxed. This is not only a big health advantage; it also saves $45.00 for every doctor visit. Peter Robart GREAT BAY HOT TUB CO. 44 Exeter Street Newmarket, NH 03857 Peter, Just a note to thank you for the prompt service on the hot tub at our home and for the excellent work done by Greg Gerber. We have been struggling with the tub for 3 years and have had the manufactures representatives in several times. These people would stay a few minutes, replace a part and leave. Their work failed to fix the problem. After reviewing the problem Greg made the effort to take the unit apart (which was a time consuming project in a very tight, dimly lit area), remove the malfunctioning part, test it and make the adjustments for it to operate properly. This solved half of the problems. Greg made the same effort to find and correct the remainder of the problems. Today the tub operates as advertised and we are very happy with it. Great Bay Hot Tubs Newmarket, NH To Everyone, As you are all probably aware we purchased a Sundance Silverado spa from you in October ’87. After two months it became evident that there could be a leak from the spa. After one phone call it was obvious that service from Great Bay was not going to be a problem, the leak was discovered and repaired very quickly. The repair man (Donnie) was helpful and seemed to do an excellent job. Now that our spa is again working and being enjoyed we wanted to thank you all for all your kind, courteous and timely service.
